Kevin A. Neumaier, CPA

Kevin is based in Summit County and has more than 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in tax, providing services to a variety of businesses and individuals, including retailers, restaurants, professional practices, health care practices, physicians, builders and construction contractors.   He has extensive knowledge in corporate and flow-through entity taxation, with an emphasis in tiered partnerships, consolidated corporate entities and multi-state operations.

Kevin brings diverse perspectives and well-rounded insights to his clients' concerns with hands on experience working with closely held business owners and having been self-employed.  His experience goes beyond working on tax returns, he is also adept at advising clients on issues close to home, including insurance needs, wealth management and accumulation, and business transfers and exit planning.

Kevin gained extensive tax knowledge in structuring complex business transactions servicing large- to middle-market clients for international Big 4 professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.  In 2004, Kevin joined the firm of Gordon Hughes and Banks starting a 9 year collaboration with his current partner Todd Harker.

Kevin has been in charge of the operations at the Frisco office for the past 2 year working with individuals and business in the Summit County community.  In 2015, Kevin and Todd joined together and purchased the mountain division of Eide Bailly’s Colorado Division and created Harker Neumaier Associates.

Todd C. Harker, CPA

 Todd is based in the Vail Valley and has more than 21 years private and public accounting experience providing services to a variety of industries, including construction, restaurants and resorts, specialized trades and retail. He specializes in taxation, accounting and management advisory services, with special expertise in small business consulting, including QuickBooks and tax planning.

Todd oversees corporate, partnership, LLC and individual tax. He assists clients in selection and use of accounting software, training support and systems maintenance. He also has experience with Inbound International Tax transactions specifically related to FIRPTA and foreign ownership of US Real Property and estate tax planning.

In 1995, Todd began his career in public accounting working for Gordon, Hughes and Banks in Fisco, CO.  During his tenure with this firm, he established the Vail office for this Colorado based firm with offices throughout the state.  In 2011, the firm was purchased by Eide Bailly, LLC.  In 2012, Todd became a partner in the firm.  In 2015, Todd and Kevin joined together and purchased the mountain division of Eide Bailly’s Colorado Division and created Harker, Neumaier and Associates.
